Travel Friendly Shoes that Provide Instant Relief from High-Heel Style
What do you do when your feet are killing you at the end of a day or at a party? You’re probably thinking that if you can’t get out of those stilettos – you just might start to cry? I found these incredible travel friendly roll-up ballet flats with soles that you can easily carry in your bag and will withstand city streets! The name~ Footzyrolls!
They come in many colors (including Wedding White) with their own little case and a bag to put your shoes in. Pop the Footzyrolls into your purse and you’ll never have to worry about whether or not you should risk wearing (or ruining) those gorgeous high heels that go so perfectly with your outfit. They are also a great option for air travelers when you want to wear something that’s a bit more comfortable.
Now you can have an extra pair of shoes for your trip that weigh close to nothing and take up virtually no room in your handbag or suitcase. Problem solved, now you’ll have your own personal first aid kit for your feet with you at all times.

The Perfect Clutch – Don’t Leave Home Without It
Carrying a large cumbersome purse isn’t really the best choice when your traveling. It may carry plenty of items, but it can also drag you down and it certainly isn’t terribly fashionable.
Taking a clutch along on trips solves many problems. The clutch is versatile and it also looks great if you have a more formal event to attend. Three Cros and Python Clutch Bags are stunningly stylish purses that are very easy to pack and will go with virtually any outfit.
These bags are large enough to hold your essentials, but small enough for evening wear. Anyone of them are great choices for downloading your daytime purse when you head out to dinner.
Nancy Gonzalez’s matt croc tangerine clutch with a flap top and a suede lining is a fabulous indulgence for any traveler.
Michael Kors Donaldson Python clutch comes in eye-catching teal with black accents has a gold flap frame closure and a back zipper compartment.
The MICHAEL Michael Kors Berkley Clutch in python-embossed blush-color leather has a frame top with a built-in handle for easy carrying.

With This Suitcase You’ll Stand Out from the Herd
I can’t resist! This bag is simply funky, fun, and fabulous. Each case is made from hand-picked natural cow fur (aka “pony”), so it’s literally one of a kind.
But the Cow Fur Pullman is not just another pretty case; it has wheels, a retractable handle, three outside zipper compartments, top and side handles, and a piggy-back strap—in short, every practical feature you’d want in a travel bag.
This is definitely a suitcase someone might want to steal, but it’s so stunningly original and such a stand-out that they’d have a hard time getting away with it!

Wrap Yourself in White + Warren Luxury
I bought one of these luxuriously cozy, 100 percent cashmere White + Warren Travel wraps recently, and now I can’t imagine being without it when I travel.
The oversize (81- X 36-inch) wrap doubles as a scarf (or rolled up on the airplane I use it as a pillow) and goes as well with a dress as it does with a blazer or thrown over jeans and a tee shirt, and it’s actually a lot less expensive than it looks.
I have it in the basic black, but its also available in ten fabulous colors from delicate lilac to vibrant watermelon as well as black or white.

Soft and Silky, MICHAEL Michael Kors’s Peasant Dress Offers Chic Comfort
I know that when I’ve been flying for hours I can’t wait to slip into something that’s soft, comfy, and not too clingy but still looks stylishly chic.
For me, the perfect answer is this short and flirty off-the-shoulder silk peasant dress by Michael Kors. With long loose sleeves and a soft sash waist, it is equally fashionable in either black or gunmetal. And for even greater comfort, you can wear it with sandals or ballet flats.

Travelteq “Trash” and Kate Spade Gramercy are Chic Computer Bags
Traveling with a computer is almost obligatory in the electronic age, but the computer itself can be heavy and many of the bags designed to carry one are both cumbersome and clunky. If you’re looking for a computer bag that’s smart (as in well designed), stylish, lightweight, and doesn’t scream “computer bag,” I have 2 in great bags in mind.
First, the Travelteq “Trash” bag is handmade in Italy (has a shock resistant compartment for your laptop computer- max 15 inches) claims to be the ultimate beautiful laptop travel bag. Its well designed, as there is an outside pocket for your business cards, with several compartments in the inside for all your personal items, and an outside leather strip to attach to a roll aboard bag. Available in brown or black leather.

With the Carlisle Shortbread Jacket You’re Good to Go—Anywhere
I’m always on the look-out for pieces like this that pack well (i.e., don’t wrinkle) and make me feel well-dressed wherever I am. Combining style with versatility is the key to assembling the perfect travel wardrobe, and Carlisle’s cropped, double-breasted, reversible, leather jacket fills that bill.
Chocolate on one side, crème on the other, it’s fitted without being too snug, looks great open or buttoned up, and is as appropriate worn over a skirt or dress at a business meeting as it is with jeans and a tee shirt.
To see this piece as well as others from the collection and try them on for yourself, call the showroom in New York at (212) 751-6490 and book an appointment with a consultant.

Be “Resort Ready” with the Packable Pocketbooks
If you don’t want to stroll along the beach or sip a frozen drink while clutching your heavy leather travel bag, you’ll need something that’s as light and packable as your resort wardrobe. I’ve found two that I think fill that bill perfectly.
The Jimmy Choo Raffia Hobo Bag is made in Italy of subtly striped straw with snakeskin trim and a stunning buckle—perfect for the beach, shopping boutiques, or beachside bistros.
Or for high-end style at a lower price point try Kate Spade’s Ocracoke Stevie satchel with leather trim, a zip-top closure, and over-the-shoulder length handles. Either way, you’ll be resort-ready on arrival.

Monica Rich Kosann’s Sterling Silver Image Cases

Photographer-designer Monica Rich Kosan offers a variety of ways to carry your loved ones with you on your travels. Among my favorite items are her stunning engraved sterling silver image cases, which come in a several patterns, some designed to resemble vintage cigarette cases. The image cases hold from two to five photos you can carry in a purse or pocket or stand open by your bed in a hotel room to remind you of home.
They’re available from her online shop called The Fine Art of Family, or, if you’re in the New York area, you can see these along with her other lovely silver enameled cases and luxurious gift items in her boutique on the 7th floor of Bergdorf Goodman.
