PhoneTag Translates Voice into Text

When a friend of mine told me about this new technology I immediately signed up for the free 7-day trial.* The term phone tag takes on a whole new meaning with the PhoneTag system for translating voice mail messages from your home phone, business phone, and mobile phone into text messages and delivering them all to a single cell phone, BlackBerry, or e-mail account.

What this means is that you can actually read your voicemail immediately, whether you’re sitting in a meeting or on a plane. And you can see who’s called you much faster and more efficiently than if you had to listen to all those voice mails. Not only is it a great timesaver but it also alleviates the anxiety of wondering what important call you might be missing when you’re out of phone contact or can’t pick up.

I love this additional feature- at the bottom of the email is an audio attachment so that you can listen to your message without calling your voicemail. When I have time, I listen to my messages to check the accuracy of the text message because sometimes there’s a sentence with (??). I think this is a fabulous service, and great business tool. Worth mentioning, when I initially signed up I had a problem with my password and I had no trouble getting a very helpful PhoneTag representative on the phone.
